Hi, I’m Carolyn!

I’ve worked in marketing for over 30 years with agencies and clients in Edinburgh and London, supporting everything from global brands to small, heart-led businesses.

People often tell me I have a way of making marketing feel simpler, calmer and far less intimidating, helping it click in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming.

I was doing marketing long before the internet or social media existed, which means I offer a deep toolkit of proven, effective approaches, not just trends.

My specific area of marketing expertise is in sales promotion and direct marketing, so I understand the full customer journey, the importance of a single minded proposition (USP) and a clear, well-thought-out strategy to attract, convert and grow a client base sustainably.

I’m currently studying Belief Coding® and feel deeply passionate about supporting facilitators to build practices that feel aligned, ethical and sustainable. It is for this reason that I created this course for you.
